Cancellation Policy

If the Participant Cancels:

A registrant must notify Brook Seminars in writing at least 14 days prior to the course date to be eligible for either a transfer to another course, a refund, or to substitute another person in their place. The administrative fee for all late cancellations with written notification received less than 14 days before the starting date of a course is $50.00.

If Brook Seminars Cancels:

Registrants will receive a full refund, or equivalent course transfer, if Brook Seminars cancels prior to the start date of a course. There will be no refunds for courses already started if such course is interrupted by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as a natural disaster, airline cancellation, or severe storm.
